Refund and Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We understand people change their minds about things they purchase, we want you to be happy! Please cancel orders within 24 hours. If the order has not been processed or placed in production we can honor the request and refund your payment in full.

Some orders may be charged a restocking fee if they have already been processed, one of a kind and some limited editions. If your item has already been shipped when you cancel your order, you will be charged for the original and the return shipping. We will gladly refund you for the item! Packages that couldn’t be delivered, will be considered a cancellation and restocked and you will only pay for shipping and your item will be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S)

If your item can be returned, please contact us at info@sarafine.com or Customer Service 212-661-7850. We will provide a return label for sending the item back.

Your Item(s) must be returned to us within 15 days, smoke free, unused, in perfect condition in its original, unmarked packaging. You will be refunded for the total purchase price, less the original and return shipping. If delivery charges apply you will be responsible for delivery charges. Your original form of payment will be credited for all returned items.

Please note that there is an additional restocking fee for returning One of a kind, limited edition and some vintage items.

“FINAL SALE” ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. These items have been reduced to it’s final sale and offered to you at the lowest price possible. Some of them may be one of a kind or discontinued. We are making room for the new. CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Once orders are placed in production 48 Hours after they are purchased the item has begun it’s process and can’t be canceled. The 50% deposit is Non- Refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We know sometimes things happen. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or defective in one way or another we will exchange it- if it is replaceable. One of a Kind and some Custom Orders may not be replacable.

If it can’t be replaced or exchanged you will be refunded for the item(s). You’ll need to email us with photographs of the item within 48 hours to arrange the exchange or refund.
